iRoots College invites applications for admission to First Year (Class XI) for the following academic groups:

  1. Pre-Medical
  2. Pre-Engineering
  3. Computer Science
  4. Commerce

How to Apply for Admission

iRoots College opens its admissions every year through social media. Applications must follow the instructions mentioned below:

  1. Candidates are preferred to visit iRoots College to see facilities and have themselves briefed on admission procedure.
  2. They can, however, register for admission by filling up the given Registration Form.
  3. They are required to visit the college to collect their Admit Card for interview schedule.
  4. Students will appear for interview with their parents.
  5. Successful candidates will be informed and given admission offer.
  6. They will get fee voucher from the college, fill up Admission form, pay fee and submit the form in college admission office.
  7. Necessary details for foundational activity and commencement of the session will be shared with the admitted candidates.

Eligibility

The minimum requirement for admission in XI is:

  1. Science (Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical / Computer Science):           Minimum 65% marks in SSC-1(9th) / O Level (O-I) or equivalent examination
  2. Commerce: Minimum 60% marks in SSC / O Level (O-I) or equivalent exam.

It is mandatory for O Level students to have cleared at least 03 subjects in their O-I examination to be eligible for admission.

Criteria

Provisional admission is offered by the college based on merit determined through the candidate’s SSC-1 O Level (O-I) or equivalent examination results and interview.

It is the student's sole responsibility to review the contents of the college prospectus and admission form in detail before applying to iRoots College.

Provisional Admission

  • All admissions will be provisional until the final SSC / O Level / equivalent results are submitted.
  • Admission will be confirmed only if the student passes all required subjects.
  • In case of failure in even one subject, admission will be cancelled and the entire fee will be refunded.

Selection

The final selection of the candidate depends on overall rating of his academics and interview and the successful ones are admitted on merit.

Interview

Once registered, candidates are invited for an interview conducted by a panel of experienced educators. The purpose is to evaluate:

  • Academic potential
  • Communication skills
  • Confidence and attitude
  • Moral and ethical values

Both the student and their parent/guardian must attend. Final selection is based on a combined assessment of academic results and interview performance. Selected students receive their offer of admission and instructions for completing the enrollment.
